Q: Can I choose my basket decor colors?
A: Ribbons and basket decor will vary depending on season, holiday, and availability. However, we do accept special requests such as Anniversary, Mother's Day, St. Patricks Day ect. If you have a request please email us at basketsofaloha@gmail.com and we will do our best to suit your needs.
Q: What is the difference between the Deluxe Basket and the Essential Total Body Basket?
A: The full Queen Bee collection is in the Essential Basket with petite size products while the Deluxe basket includes larger full size products of the Aloha Heals full collection and only some Queen Bee Products.
Q: Can I choose my product assortment?
A: Each basket was thoughtfully curated with its product assortment and is not interchangeable. If you have special requests for any special occasion (Birthday, Wedding, Holidays ect..) we are happy to curate products to your occasion based on availability. Q: Do you ship to continental US?
A: YES! We do ship to all US states, shipping is calculated by weight and distance at checkout and averages around $24.95 per basket. Please see more on shipping and delivery here.
Q: Do you offer Pick-Up on Maui?
A: We do not offer pick-up but we do offer FREE DELIVERY to limited areas on island, please visit our shipping page for more details!
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Can I have multiple baskets sent to multiple locations as gifts?
A: Yes, absolutely, however you will need to create a new order for each basket to properly ship to individual addresses. There is a small shipping discount when you bundle baskets and have them sent to one single location. Please refer to the shipping weight restriction.
Q: What is the shelf life of my products?
A: Most of our culinary products have a expiration date with a shelf life varying between 3 months to over a year, please refer to the products package for exact details. Beauty items have a shelf life of 12 months.
